SHIPPING: KVR Performance ships all orders promptly to destinations in the US and Canada.

CLAIMS: Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Carefully check to make sure that the part numbers, style, size, etc., conforms to your original order. All goods are considered delivered to the purchaser when placed in the hands of the Carrier and considered to the Purchaser. Any claim for loss or damage must be made with the Carrier. All claims for shipment shortages or errors must be made in writing within 15 business days of shipment by KVR Performance. Claims should include a short description and supporting documentation. All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipment. Should any product arrive damaged, hold the original carton, all packing material, the damaged part, and contact the carrier to file a claim. Do not refuse shipment. Manufactures warranty against defect is 30 days as of date of delivery. All warranty claims must be made in writing with in this time period. All warranty claims are subject to approval and are not all guaranteed.

RETURNS: All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number, freight prepaid. No COD or Freight Collect Returns will be accepted. Products returned to KVR Performance without RA numbers will be refused and returned to sender. All returned goods will be subject to a restocking and handling fee of up to 25%. Discontinued, damaged, and special order items are NOT returnable. All returned products must be in "like new" condition. KVR Performance will issue credit after inspection. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of a Return Authorization number accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation or reason for return.

EXPORT ORDERS: Orders will be accepted from customers outside Canada. Payments must be made in Canadian or US Dollar currency or cashier's check drawn on a Canadian bank. Wire transfers will be accepted with prior arrangements only. Payments must be made in full and in advance of shipment. Additional costs incurred for special crating, shipping insurance, transport documents, customs, duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
